How to Submit Your Manuscript or Your Portfolio of Art to
MB Publishing

DEAR AUTHORS AND AGENTS:

As an independent book publisher, we consider manuscripts for picture books, chapter books, and middle grade novels.

Please submit the following to margieblumberg @ mbpublishing dot com and write "Submission" on the subject line:

  • Picture books, chapter books, and middle-grade novels: Kindly submit your entire manuscript.

  • A description of the book: Provide one or two paragraphs explaining the premise of your book.

  • Biography: Please provide a brief author biography.

  • A list of similar books: Please include the publisher, the author(s), and the publication date for each title. Briefly explain how your manuscript is similar to and different from these other titles.

    We look forward to reading your work!

NOTE: If we are interested in discussing publication, we will be in touch with you within two to four weeks from the date that we receive your submission.
